The Program Administration Scale, which we nickname the PAS (as in
) is an evaluation tool focused on leadership and management skills in an Early Care and Education setting. The Mentor Program is an early adopter of the PAS, but we use the tool in a very specific way for selection and re-certification of Director Mentors.
