Program Reporting: Reports to be submitted through the Mentor Program website are only available in password protected areas of the website and do not include any Personally Identifiable Information. Personalized website identification and passwords are maintained by the Mentor Program and are not revealed to anyone but the individual associated with the identification and password.
Ordering: Because the Mentor Program is unable to accept credit card payment, the only online orders we can accept are from our own Program participants. We request only a shipping address.
Blogging: Program participants may choose to reveal Personally Identifiable Information in the course of participating in the website’s blogs. Mentor Program blog areas are password-protected. Access by types of participants (Coordinators, Selection Committee Members, Mentors, Director Mentors, Seminar Facilitators) will be clearly identified in the blog area.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise retransmit any Personally Identifiable Information we collect online unless we have your permission. Any Personally Identifiable Information you share in a blog may be accessible by other blog participants. However, such information will not be used by the Mentor Program for any purpose but to provide appropriate technical assistance or support to Program participants.
